In our FAQs, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our skincare products and the use of our online shop. If you have any other questions or concerns, please use our contact form or call us on 06172 / 764 21 -0 (landline rate).

Your favourite Creme 21 products can be found in shops, pharmacies and supermarkets. If you can’t find the Creme 21 product you want in a shop, you can contact us using our contact form or order your favourite skincare direct from our online shop.

You can find your chosen products in your basket. If you want to complete your purchase, open your basket and click ‘order now’.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your order. This order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your purchase request, and is rather simply a confirmation that we have received this.

People from the age of 18 may place an order.

All of our products are also available on our online shop. Click on ‘product’ in the main menu to see an overview of our product categories, which will forward you to the right product selection. For a more detailed view of your desired product, simply view the product card. Here, you’ll find all information about the product as well as the option to add it to your basket. Alternatively, you can find all products via the search function.

You can pay by PayPal, credit card (MasterCard, VISA) or by Bank transfer. Your credit card will be charged once the goods are sent. If paying by PayPal or Bank transfer, the order sum will be charged to your account when the order confirmation is sent.

We charge a fixed sum of €4.95 per order for shipping within Germany. Delivery takes three days. Delivery is carried out by DHL. As soon as your order has been sent, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and invoice.

There is no minimum order value for products. The minimum order value for gift vouchers is €10 and the maximum is €150.

You can cancel your order. You can cancel up to the point your order is passed to our logistics team. After the shipping confirmation email has been received, cancellation is no longer possible. To cancel an order, please call us on 06172 / 764 21 - 0 (landline rate) or use our contact form to get in touch with us. Please enter your order number: we will have sent you this via email with the order confirmation after you placed your order.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing a reason. The withdrawal deadline is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you that is not the delivery agent took possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must provide us with a clear declaration of your decision to withdraw from this contract using one of the following contact options:
In the case of withdrawal, we offer free returns. Please observe the following to make it easier for us to process your return:
1. Only use the original packaging to return your order.
2. Request a return label using our contact form.
3. Fill out the return label and stick it to the parcel.
4. Send the parcel to the following address: Creme 21 GmbH, Kaiser-Friedrich-Promenade 28, 61348 Bad Homburg v. d. H.
5. We will confirm the receipt of your return via email.

There is a ‘period after opening’ symbol on the packaging of each product, consisting of a small opened jar with a timeframe within which the product should be used after opening. Excess heat and direct sun should be avoided during storage.

All ingredients used in skincare products must be listed in the ingredients list directly on the product. Furthermore, you can find all declared ingredients for each of our products on our online shop under the ‘ingredients’ tab.

We don’t use harmful ingredients on principle. All of our products are pH-neutral and made without the addition of microplastics, silicones, parabens or paraffin. This means that Creme 21 is particularly well tolerated and ideal during pregnancy as well as for people with allergies. You can find more information about ingredients on the packaging as well as in the product descriptions on our online shop.

Creme 21 isn’t just vegan: our products contain no animal-based ingredients and are not tested on animals. Creme 21 is also produced in Germany to avoid travelling huge distances and strain on the environment.

Creme 21 skincare products contain special ingredients that protect your skin from moisture loss after showering. Dermatologists generally recommend showering or bathing no more than twice a day – depending on skin type and water quality. In general, your skin is best at knowing what it needs. People with sensitive and dry skin should therefore observe how their skin feels and reacts to establish the best frequency.

Thanks to their high level of tolerance and cleansing properties, our shower products are also suitable for hair. But our shower gels and creams have been optimised for use on skin, with a special composition designed to care for and protect it in the long run.

There is no difference in how shower gels and shower creams are used. The composition of a shower gel is designed more to clean the skin, leaving it feeling fresh. Shower creams normally have a nourishing function, feeling softer and more velvety on the skin. Body lotions and body milks are designed to be used on the whole body. They are less oily than skin cream and soak in more quickly, whereas a skin cream or day cream moisturises more, making it ideal for its targeted application, e.g. the face, chest or hands.
